Speech Communication Minor
The speech communication minor provides students with a focused study of spoken discourse, emphasizing both the
theory and practice of speech communication. Students earning the B.A. degree in communication studies cannot also
declare speech communications as their minor.
Speech Communication Minor Requirements (15 credits)
Students must complete 15 credits from the following list, 9 credits of which must be at the 3000/4000
level:
COMM 2300 Intercultural Communication (3 credits)
